Return Eligibility
– Products can be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
– After 30 days, products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if available. Manufacturer warranties vary by product category.
– Non-returnable items:
– Opened products are non-returnable, including sealed retail-boxed items once opened.
– All software is subject to the license agreement provided in the package. Once the package is opened or its seal is broken, the customer is bound by this license agreement.
– Non-physical goods such as licenses, digital goods, services, service contracts, or agreements are non-returnable.

Shipping and Handling
– All replacements are shipped via ground service unless the customer opts to pay for an expedited method.
– Premium shipping charges are non-refundable.
– Products that are physically damaged are non-returnable. If you receive damaged merchandise, please notify the shipping carrier immediately.

Damaged in Transit
– If your package/box shows clear signs of damage, refuse the shipment. The shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS) is responsible for such damages.
– If you open the package and discover that the item was damaged during shipment, immediately contact the shipping carrier for an inspection, and notify Ezsympl to initiate a claim.
– You must report damaged items to ezsympl within 2 business days. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the damage claim.

Defective/DOA (Dead on Arrival)
– If you receive a defective or DOA item, we will ship a replacement. However, for DOA claims, if the product is found to be functional after testing, a 50% RMA fee will be charged.
– Ensure that you return only the product you received. We scan and record all shipments and serial numbers before shipping.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
– Before returning any product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from ezsympl’s RMA department.
– Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
– Once you receive an RMA, the merchandise must be returned within 10 days, or the RMA will be void.

Restocking Fees
Restocking fees are applied based on the condition of the returned product:

– New Condition, Unopened Original Box: 20% Restocking Fee
– New Condition, Opened Original Box (All Accessories Included): 30% Restocking Fee
– New Condition, Opened Box (Missing Accessories such as cables, brackets, etc.): 50% Restocking Fee
– Order Processed, Customer Canceled: 30% Restocking Fee (applied based on the total order amount)
– Used Condition, Return for “No Longer Needed” or Similar Reasons: Up to 80% Restocking Fee

Refunds
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– Taxes will be refunded if applicable.
